Stamford tower could raise city’s limits

The proposed height of the nearly approved Trump Parc tower in Stamford, Conn., could set a new precedent for the New York City suburb. The tower’s developers want to amend Stamford’s downtown zoning regulations to allow the Trump Parc to be built 70 feet taller than the city’s current limit of 330 feet. more [NYT]
