Report: Housing market to emerge strongly

There are “tough times ahead” for the U.S. housing market, according to a new report from Harvard University, “but the housing market will emerge stronger than ever.” In the short term, the market faces higher interest rates, decreasing affordability, and expanding inventories. But, unless the economy collapses or the unemployment rate surges, the housing market should be fine, the report said. more [CNN/Money]
