Plans for the move of Madison Square Garden to Ninth Avenue as part of the Moynihan transit hub development seem a go. In fact, the sort of brouhaha that erupted last summer over a proposed far West Side stadium seems unlikely in this case. The local community board, which hated the stadium idea, supports the idea of the Garden’s move. more [NYT]
