Estate may set Shelter Island record

A 14,250-square-foot estate on 3.25 acres may set a sales record for a single home on Shelter Island if it gets its current asking price of $35 million. The estate includes a three-story manor house, a pool house with Jacuzzi, and a large guest house, and also has 325 feet of waterfront on the island tucked between the North Fork and the South Fork of the East End.
