A 14,250-square-foot estate on 3.25 acres may set a sales record for a single home on Shelter Island if it gets its current asking price of $35 million. The estate includes a three-story manor house, a pool house with Jacuzzi, and a large guest house, and also has 325 feet of waterfront on the island tucked between the North Fork and the South Fork of the East End. Brown Harris Stevens announced its exclusive listing of the estate in May. By Tom Acitelli
