A lawsuit could be filed as soon as next week over the fact that insurers of the World Trade Center have not paid developer Larry Silverstein. Silverstein is supposed to get more than $2 billion in court-ordered awards, some of which is supposed to then go to the Port Authority for construction of the Freedom Tower. more [NYO]
