Board to decide on rent-stabilization hikes

Tonight’s the night for deciding how much more hundreds of thousands of rent-stabilized tenants will pay in rent. The city’s Rent Guidelines Board is expected to vote on increases for one- and two-year leases in a meeting Tuesday evening in the East Village.
