Soho buildings change hands for $78M

Three small Soho buildings recently sold for a combined $78 million. Olmstead Properties, Radiant Partners, and Dublin-based Willett Companies are paying $46 million for 131-137 Spring Street, adjacent six-story properties totaling 58,100 square feet.
