Midtown as hot as dot-com days, some say

The office market is so hot in Midtown right now that it’s evoking comparisons to the days of the dot-com boom a decade ago. One sign of the hot market is the amount of leases — 19 — signed so far this year with annual rents exceeding $100 a square foot. Only 16 were signed in all of 2005. more [NYT]
