Feds may lease chunk in Freedom Tower

The federal government has reportedly signed a letter of intent to lease 600,000 square feet in the Freedom Tower, which won’t be on the market until at least 2011. If the letter of intent leads to a lease, Customs, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security, would become the first federal agency to commit to the 2-million-square-foot tower. more [Crain’s]
