West 57th Street site sells for $577 a foot

Hilton Resorts has bought the former Shelly’s restaurant site and the adjacent office building at 102-108 West 57th Street for $63 million. The company reportedly plans a 25-story project. Massey Knakal Realty handled the sale of the site, which went for $577.66 a square foot. more [Post]
