Builder confidence lowest since ’95

Builder confidence dropped in June to its lowest level since April 1995, according to the National Association of Home Builders/Well Fargo Housing Market Index. And that index only covers the confidence of builders of single-family homes. Anecdotally, confidence is also low nationwide among condo builders. more [AP via Newsday]
