Brisk sales at two newer Midtown condos

A new 34-story condo tower in Midtown has sold half of its 137 units in the first three months of sales. The Veneto, under construction by the Related Companies at 250 East 53rd Street, offers buyers condos starting at $950,000 and going to more than $5 million. Both penthouses in the Veneto are under contract, Related says. By Tom Acitelli
