Tishman Speyer Properties has agreed to sell the 41-story skyscraper at 666 Fifth Avenue to the Kushner family for $1.8 billion. The price is triple what Tishman Speyer paid for the building when it purchased it six years ago and the highest price ever paid in the United States for a single office building. more [NYT]
