NYT to rent out more floors

The New York Times may rent out more of its new headquarters on Eighth Avenue than initially thought. Citing high Midtown rents as its motivation, the Times says it will rent out at least five floors in its state-of-the-art, Renzo Piano-designed office tower when construction is completed next year. more [NYP]
