Kushner Companies, the new owner of 666 Fifth Avenue, is being “barraged by potential buyers” for the retail portion of the tower, which it contracted to purchase last week for a record $1.8 billion. The building’s retail base currently features the NBA Store, Brooks Brothers and Hickey Freeman. Offers for the space are said to have surpassed $640 million. more [NYP]
