A pause in the demolition of the former Deutsche Bank Building on Liberty Street could delay other projects at Ground Zero, Mayor Bloomberg says. Workers walked off the job earlier this week amid claims from subcontractor John Galt Company that they deserve nearly double the $33 million they’re receiving for their part in the demolition work. Officials say they worry that delays at 130 Liberty will postpone the construction of three towers on the east side of the 16-acre site. more [NYDN]
