ESDC mum on Atlantic Yards analysis

Citing “confidential” issues related to litigation, officials from the Empire State Development Corporation refused to divulge developer Bruce Ratner’s expected profit from his planned $4-billion Atlantic Yards project in Brooklyn. When called in front of a state panel, ESDC officials refused to release the results of a cost-benefit analysis performed on the project by accounting firm KPMG.
