No Atlantic Yards approval until ’07?

Developer Bruce Ratner may have to wait until 2007 for final approval of his Atlantic Yards project. Sources close to State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver have said that he will not vote on the project — or vote “no” on the project — if it is presented to him at a meeting of the three-member Public Authorities Control Board this week. Silver is said to have lagging concerns over “financial questions” surrounding the $4-billion project.
