Manhattan-based Real Estate Partners LLC has purchased a portfolio of 10 properties from Beacon Capital Partners LLC that includes the John Hancock Tower, Boston’s tallest skyscraper. The portfolio went for $3.3 billion and also included properties in Los Angeles and Denver. more [AP via WSJ]
