New leases at 1 Bryant Park

Two new lease signings will push the Durst Organization’s under-construction 1 Bryant Park closer to full occupancy. Hedge fund Marathon Asset Management will take two floors totaling 75,000 square feet and fashion firm Elie Tahari will rent a full floor. When the leases are signed, the 54-story office tower will only have four remaining floors available. Asking rents on the space Marathon Asset will rent were reportedly $115 a square foot. more [NYO]
