Rep. Jerrold Nadler is sounding an alarm about city and state plans to build a waste transfer station in Gravesend Bay. Nadler says the planned dredging of the Brooklyn bay may not remove all its toxic chemicals, and that this could lead to increased pollutants in the bay after the garbage transfer station is built.
