Jerome Belson and Ruby Schron sold two former Mitchell-Lama rental properties in the Bronx to a local investor for $41.3 million. The buildings, Robert Fulton Terrace at 530-540 East 169th Street and Fordham Towers at 480 East 188th Street, have a total of 470 residential units. According to city records, Belson sold Robert Fulton Terrace and Schron sold Fordham Towers. GFI Realty Services brokered the deal. TRD
