One of the biggest brokers in the city has lost the right to market a prime Park Avenue listing. The Supreme Court of the State of New York ruled yesterday that Prudential Douglas Elliman agent Dolly Lenz must stop representing herself as the exclusive marketing agent for 813 Park Avenue. The ruling settled a lawsuit that 813 Park Avenue‘s developer, DCD America, brought against Lenz and Elliman over marketing rights to the building. more TRD
