Macklowe Properties sold 10 UN Plaza, or 823 First Avenue, to the Zeckendorfs for $140 million. The Zeckendorfs plan to build a luxury 40-story condo on the site, which is between 46th and 47th streets and now has a low-rise building that is in the process of being demolished.
