Schubert buys Music Box Theatre

The Schubert Organization is now the sole owner of the Music Box Theatre on West 45th Street. Ownership of the theater had been split between the Schubert Organization and the estate of composer Irving Berlin following Berlin’s death in 1989; Berlin’s three daughters recently sold their half of the property to the Schubert Organization for an undisclosed amount.
