Energie store to hit Flatiron

Italian fashion company Sixty Group has leased 7,250 square feet of retail space on three floors of the original Lord & Taylor building at 901 Broadway and East 20th Street. Two of the company’s product lines, Energie and Miss Sixty, will occupy 2,350 square feet on the ground floor, 900 square feet on the mezzanine and 4,000 square feet on the lower level.
