An Upper East Side townhouse owned by Seagram heir and Warner Music Chairman Edgar Bronfman Jr. is in contract to be sold for more than $50 million, according to a source. The sale of 15 East 64th Street, which will probably fall just shy of the record $53 million the Harkness Mansion commanded last year, is on track to be one of the biggest residential sales in Manhattan this year.
