The site of a former school building at 145th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue owned by the Boys & Girls Club may soon be redeveloped. The property, which has sat untouched for the two decades the Boys & Girls Club has owned it, is likely to be redeveloped by Artac Development Partners. Artac has submitted a plan that would result in the creation of a facility for the Boys and Girls Club, retail space and 101 co-op units, most of which would be affordable to area residents. more [Sun]
