As rumored, Stribling Marketing Associates has replaced the Corcoran Group as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for One Hanson Place, aka the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower. The Dermot Company and Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds are developing the landmark building, which is Brooklyn’s tallest skyscraper, into a 189-unit condo. Although sales at the tower were going well, One Hanson’s priciest units–including its penthouses, which are expected to fetch between $4.5 and $8.5 million–remain to be sold. “As we prepare to bring the premium tower residences at One Hanson Place to market in the next few months, we felt that Stribling, which has had spectacular success with high-end residential sales at properties such as One Brooklyn Bridge and The Plaza, would be the right match for us,” said Andrew MacArthur, a principal with the Dermot Company, in a statement.
