Fort Greene/Clinton Hill rezoning likely

Last week the City Planning Commission voted to rezone 99 blocks in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, and the City Council will hold a hearing on the plan this Wednesday. The rezoning, which is expected to pass the Council and become law next week, will place stricter height restrictions on buildings built on residential blocks.
