For UES condo, no ad is pitch perfect

The World-Wide Group is hoping its latest project on the Upper East Side won’t spend much time empty. So far, so good: A few weeks after sales opened at 255 East 74th Street, one-third of the building’s units have already gone into contract. And buyers are signing on the dotted line despite World-Wide’s lack of a sales office or an advertising campaign. “Selling 33 percent of our units with no advertising and no sales office is testament to how special this building will be,” said Richard Lebow, World-Wide Group’s director of marketing and sales. more By John DeSio
