The City Council approved rezonings of Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Dyker Heights and Fort Hamilton. In Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, the rezoning limits how high new construction can rise on residential blocks while allowing for taller buildings on Fulton Street and Myrtle Avenue. The rezoning of Dyker Heights and Fort Hamilton also imposes height limitations on residential blocks while allowing for taller, mixed-use developments on Fort Hamilton Parkway, 11th Avenue and 13th Avenue north of Bay Ridge Parkway. All the rezonings offer developers density bonuses for including affordable housing in their projects. more [Gowanus Lounge] and
