Testing Coney waters for ferry service

The Economic Development Corp. will oversee a study this fall to determine the feasibility of building a pier at Coney Island that would allow for ferry service to the peninsula. The ferry could provide transportation to and from Long Island, New Jersey, Staten Island, Queens and north Brooklyn.
