A 21-foot-wide townhouse on East 73rd Street, just off Fifth Avenue, sold for $18 million, according to public records. The landmark 26 East 73rd Street went for $1 million above its listing price. The renovated 6,900-square-foot mansion has an elevator, garden and rooftop terrace. According to public records, the sellers were Christopher O’Malley and Wendy Flanagan, while the buyer was a Netherlands-based investor named Kees Van Beijnum. TRD
