Big lease signed at 7 Hanover

In Downtown Manhattan’s biggest new lease of the year, law firm Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy has taken 117,000 square feet at 7 Hanover Square. The firm, which specializes in immigration law, will take the entire 10th, 11th and 12th floors and part of the eighth floor. Asking rents at the 24-year-old tower, located between Pearl and Water streets, are $45 per square foot; the deal was made in the low $40s. more [NYO]
