After Downtown Brooklyn residents filed a petition challenging the city’s seizure of several Duffield Street homes, a new hearing will reevaluate demolition plans for the planned Willoughby Square Park and an underground parking lot. Some of the houses are believed to have been part of the Underground Railroad.
