Ratner keeps City Tech Tower deal under wraps

Developer Bruce Ratner has not released details for his plans for the City Tech Tower proposed at Tillary and Jay Streets. The Rezno Piano-designed tower would be Brooklyn’s tallest residential tower and could reach 1,000 feet. Forest City Ratner and The City University of New York have not revealed the nature of their public-private partnership, including what Forest City’s bid was and how much it will be paid for its work.
