Big Extell projects take shape

Extell Development has several large developments in the works around Manhattan. The 40-story, 700,000 square- foot Diamond Tower is the most controversial. An entrance for diamond dealers will be on West 47th Street and an office lobby will be at 55 West 46th Street. Also, a hotel is planned for 151-161 W. 57th Street, a collection of properties across from Carnegie Hall. And several new residential buildings will be built at Riverside South.
