Hudson Yards area building sells for $26.5M

A pre-war commercial property at 313-321 West 37th Street, within the rezoned Hudson Yards district, has sold for $26.5 million. The eight-story, pre-war 70,000-square-foot property is an occupied office building between Eighth and Ninth avenues. Eastern Consolidated, which brokered the sale, said only that the buyer is a “seasoned real estate family.” Eastern’s Azita Aghravi, senior director, procured the buyer and represented the seller, a partnership including developer Charles Yassky.
