Rose names new co-president

Rose Associates, an 80-year-old New York City development firm, has
named Amy Rose a co-president. Rose was project manager for the Chelsea Landmark,
a 40-story, 407-unit rental tower at 55 West 25th Street, and the
Melar, a 20-story, 143-unit rental building at 250 West 93rd Street.
Rose has been at the firm 18 years. Adam Rose, a cousin of Amy Rose, is
the firm’s other co-president. TRD
