Hedge funder sells Trump Place condo for $14.3M

Darren Davy, a hedge fund manager who works for billionaire George Soros, has sold a condo at The Heritage at Trump Place for $14.3 million, according to public records posted today. Davy bought the condo for $10.23 million in December, 2006. The 31-story condo tower, part of Donald Trump’s massive redevelopment at Riverside Park, is at 240 Riverside Boulevard, between 71st Street and 72nd Street.
