Brooklyn’s Prospect-Lefferts Garden neighborhood could finally get a luxury condo tower if developer Henry Herbst’s planned 23-story Park Tower is built. Designed by architect Tom Gilman, the 88,000-square-foot, 80-unit glass tower will include ground-floor shopping, a rooftop terrace. It’s planned for the eastern edge of Prospect Park. Another luxury development in the area is the Richard Meier-designed One Prospect Park, which has been rumored to have drawn celebrity tenants.
