Dermot buys UWS pre-war apartment buildings for $60 million

The Dermot Company has paid $60 million for a row of three pre-war, multi-family buildings on the Upper West Side, near Riverside Park, according to city records. The deal included a six-story, 55-unit building at 210 West 107th Street; a six-story, 61-unit building at 220 West 107th Street; and a six-story, 67-unit building at 230 West 107th Street. The seller, KRF Management, appears to be a management consulting company. A call to Dermot was not immediately returned. TRD
