A 26-year-old former broker who was fired for not having a real estate license continued showing apartments and taking fees, authorities charge. Hassan Abadi also was reportedly indicted for swindling a woman out of a $10,000 loan, stealing a pair of earrings, not paying a hotel bill, and attempting to buy a puppy with an allegedly stolen bank card. George Goshadze, Abadi’s former boss at the New York City Dwellers brokerage, called him “a very crafty liar.” Prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office charge that Abadi stole apartment keys from the agency and kept showing an apartment at 28 East 14th Street and taking application fees.
