Hudson Yards’ development is already behind schedule, as the MTA has missed a deadline to officially designate Tishman Speyer as the developer. The MTA was supposed to issue a “conditional designation letter” to Tishman on Wednesday. Both sides said the final negotiations are still ongoing and will be finished soon.
