Mandarin Oriental Management, which operates the Mandarin Oriental hotel chain, has leased half of the 19th floor at W&H Properties’ newly renovated building at 250 West 57th Street. Cushman & Wakefield marketed the building, which underwent a top-to-bottom $82 million renovation, which included new windows, elevator cabs and air-conditioned public corridors. Mandarin, represented by Grubb & Ellis, will relocate staff from 1775 Broadway and 509 Madison Avenue in July. Its new space had been occupied by several small tenants before the renovation. TRD
