Construction worker falls at Lincoln Center

Amidst growing controversy over the Building Commission’s safety inspection efforts at construction sites, a worker fell from a scaffold at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts Wednesday night and entered the hospital in serious condition. The event occurred just hours after the DOB’s interim commissioner Robert LiMandri announced a new $4 million effort to analyze and improve safety conditions in the city.
