While Riverdale’s new construction condos are widely advertised, and the landmarked Fieldston area of central Riverdale is known for its large, multi-million dollar homes, other parts of the Bronx neighborhood have a more reasonably priced stock. Prices for detached, single-family homes in the Spuyten Duyvil area usually range between $1 million and $1.5 million. In central and south Riverdale, three-bedroom co-ops in a non-doorman building generally range from $520,000 to $1.2 million, according to one broker.
