Dish Network leases space and name at 185 Varick

Satellite TV provider Dish Network Service Corp. has signed a six-year, 28,954-square-foot lease at 185 Varick St. in an agreement that includes naming rights to the building. The asking rent for space in the building, which will now be called the “Dish Building,” was $46 per square foot.
