Media company takes 160,000 sf

Mediaedge has extended its lease at 825 Seventh Avenue to 160,335
square feet on floors two through nine. The media buying and planning
firm now rents the entire office portion of the mixed-use building,
which is owned by Edward J. Minskoff Equities and Vornado Realty Trust.
Mediaedge previously had a 130,000-square-foot lease there. TRD
